1. Cookies we use

Only strictly necessary cookies, and only when you log in:

• gmax_session — keeps your investor-portal session open after you log in. Set only for portal clients, never for anonymous visitors. Deleted on logout or expiry.
• gmax_admin — equivalent session cookie for GMAX staff in the administration area.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (the anti-bot check embedded in the contact form) may set its own technical cookies from challenges.cloudflare.com strictly to distinguish humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.

Because all of these are strictly necessary for the service you request, they are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy rules and art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). That is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

2. What we do not use

No analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies, no social-media pixels, no fingerprinting. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where required.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Site Data). Blocking the session cookies listed above will prevent the investor portal login from working; the public website will work normally without any cookies.
